Why we chose it: Situated within the Hampton East Activity Centre on the bay side of Nepean Hwy, this existing office building will be home to Brix Property Group and Brix Securities but also provides opportunities for additional tenants. The building provides a blank canvas for Brix to reposition the 1,000sqm of office accommodation and 19 basement carpark to suit Brix requirements as well as future tenants. The building is positioned close to the Nepean Hwy and South Road intersection, providing unapparelled exposure to around 74,000 vehicles per day. Opportunities for the addition of more floors to the existing structure will be explored to further enhance the repositioning potential.

Our process: Preliminary discussions with a range of prospective tenants are currently underway. We are also engaging with a designer to prepare fit out plans for the building and if need be, and town planning drawings to enable an application to be made to council.
