For more than 15 years, Adam’s professional career has revolved around the property development industry. Holding a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT, he began his career with Wilbow Corporation, where he was involved in acquiring and delivering broadacre and boutique subdivisions.

He continued working with leading private development groups, moving to ASX listed FKP, and then to a role as the Development Manager with the Gillon Group of companies, where he oversaw Gillon’s diverse development portfolio and joint ventures. After seven years, Adam decided to start his own company: Brix Property Group. ​

His diverse property projects include luxury apartment and townhouse complexes in Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs, large industrial and residential subdivisions in Melbourne’s South-East, and major supermarket developments. Adam was also involved in the rezoning and master planning of several significant land parcels in Melbourne’s Bayside and inner South.

Ever interested in the property industry, Adam thoroughly enjoys having a stickybeak at real estate that’s open for inspection on the weekends. He gets busy reading books, working out at Body Fit, catching up with friends, travelling, and spoiling his three young daughters.

Holding diverse roles in the property industry in both Queensland and Victoria, Josh has over ten years of development experience. Previously working as a valuer across various asset classes in Brisbane, Josh moved to Melbourne and took up a role with a private developer before joining Brix Property Group in 2016. 

Josh has held a Development Management role since 2011 and has gained knowledge and experience across the core phases of development in acquisitions, feasibilities, town planning, design development, construction/delivery and completion. He has worked with a range of development sectors, with an early focus on medium density and master-planned residential projects. More recently, he has been involved in the procurement and delivery of retail, commercial, and industrial projects across Melbourne. 

Outside of work, Josh tries to keep up with his three energetic kids. He is a lover of all sports: a tragic Richmond supporter in the winter and cricket enthusiast over summer.

Joining Brix Property Group after more than a decade working in the offices of Federal and State Parliamentarians, Sara welcomed the exciting change in industry.

Managing a diverse remit that extends across media, marketing, and administration, Sara is the point-woman for Brix company public relations and corporate communications. 
‍
Actively supporting the project management functions of the business, Sara coordinates, plans, and oversees a range of development projects, ensuring the timely delivery of necessary elements. 
‍
Sara relishes spending quality time with her three young girls and sampling the Melbourne restaurant scene when not in the office. She’s creative and loves exploring artistic outlets while also keeping active at the gym and reformer pilates classes.

Josh has been working within the property industry since 2014. Starting his journey at JLL, he held a sales and leasing role within the industrial sector and specialised in industrial strata projects and land subdivisions. This niche saw him complete a variety of projects for both institutional and private clients. His success and dedication were recognised, resulting in a promotion to the position of Director in 2019. 

After six years at JLL, Josh decided to pursue his interest in property development. Taking up a position at Brix Property Group, he works across all facets of the development process, focusing on the successful delivery of each project.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Property degree and continues to grow his knowledge base as he progresses through the next phase of his career in the property industry.

Away from the office, Josh enjoys playing football and golf, travelling, catching up with friends and spending time with his partner, Caro and their dog, Billy.

Tom is the newest member of the Brix team, commencing in 2023 as a Development Manager. Tom studied a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) at RMIT and whilst studying, Tom acquired a graduate role at Cubed Projects in South Melbourne.

At Cubed he worked on a diverse pipeline of projects ranging from high-end new builds and renovations, to townhouse and dual-occupancy projects, as well as office fit outs and refurbishments.

After finishing his degree, Tom spent nine years working for a company who specialised in industrial and commercial property development. In this role Tom was able to receive exposure to the full development life cycle of small industrial warehouse developments, office, storage units and childcare centres as part of a small core team. Joining Brix, Tom is looking forward to being able to expand on his experience and knowledge working on the suite of development sites within the Brix portfolio both in Victoria and Queensland.

Killian’s passion for property brought him to the Brix team in 2023, seeking to learn and further expand his knowledge and experience within the industry.

As a Development Assistant at Brix Property Group, Killian works closely with the team to deliver positive outcomes across a diverse pipeline of property projects.

Killian is currently studying Commerce/Finance with a minor in Property Investment. Outside of work and study, Killian is a competitive boxer and a keen golfer.

Steve is a skilled property and finance professional specialising in funds and risk management, compliance services, capital structuring and procurement.

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Melbourne University and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Steve began his career as a graduate at Westpac Bank. He secured a permanent role in the Corporate Property Finance team, where he was responsible for managing large commercial development portfolios. 
‍
Over the past 12 years, he has worked extensively with industry-leading organisations, including the State Government of Victoria, religious organisations, not-for-profit groups, and private developers. His professional experience provides the support required to deliver successful outcomes on a diverse range of projects.
‍
Away from work, Steve enjoys spending time with his young family. When his boys grow up, he hopes they will share his passion for sport, fishing and travelling.
