Why we chose it: Impeccably positioned in the heart of Somerville, the development site for Seacombe Grove is just a short drive from the beaches, wineries, and the quaint hamlets of the Mornington Peninsula. The tranquil location offered residents an incomparable quality of life.

‍Our process: Brix partnered with Simonds Homes to build 28 intuitively planned residences with inviting, contemporary facades. A variety of designs offer the choice of either single-level or two-level homes with three or four bedrooms.

‍The outcome: All 28 homes were sold, completed and settled back in August 2019.
