Why we chose it: Situated within the Hampton East Activity Centre on the bay side of Nepean Hwy, this existing office building will be home to Brix Property Group and Brix Securities but also provides opportunities for additional tenants.

‍Our process: The building provides a blank canvas for Brix to reposition the 1,000sqm of office accommodation and 19 basement carparks to suit Brix requirements as well as future tenants. The building is situated close to the Nepean Hwy and South Road intersection, providing unapparelled exposure to around 74,000 vehicles per day. Brix is currently engaging with designers and builders to refurbish & fit-out the building.
