Why we chose it: The rectangular subject site encompasses 30,612sqm in the suburb of Burpengary, 30 km’s north of Brisbane CBD.  The site is zoned Light Industry Precinct within the Moreton Bay Regional Council and comprises a large vacant industrial parcel that is clear of any vegetation and improvements.

‍Our process: The proposed development is an industrial subdivision comprising six (6) lots, with sizes ranging from 3,458sqm to 5,651sqm. The layout allows owner-occupiers or developers to design standard office and warehouse buildings with enhanced access and manoeuvrability for larger vehicles.

‍The outcome: A town planning application for an industrial subdivision is currently being prepared, to be followed by individual permits for works, in a staged manner, for consideration by Council.
