Why we chose it: Following the success of Brix Property Group’s first industrial project in Queensland, this 6,841sqm site was recognised as an opportunity to replicate the same success. Forming part of the Walker Corporation developed Citiswitch Industrial and Business Park, the site has been filled and serviced and enjoys excellent visibility to the Costco and QSR operators opposite the site.

‍Our process: Given its industrial zoning and its prime location within the commercial and industrial precinct of Bundamba, the proposed use for the site is to develop a multi-unit (22) commercial/industrial development, with each warehouse consisting of ground floor and mezzanine office area.

‍The outcome: Planning for this development has commenced, with construction forecast to commence Q4, 2024.
