Why we chose it: Situated within the Armstrong Creek Town Centre and fronting the Surf Coast Highway presented a magnificent opportunity for mixed-use development within the booming Surf Coast region. With over 34,000 cars passing the site each day and supported by a rapidly expanding residential catchment, the site lends itself to a mix of Quick Service Retail (QSR), restricted retail, recreation and childcare uses. Home to national tenants including Coles, Dan Murphy’s, McDonald’s and 7-Eleven, the town centre precinct is thriving.
Our process: A number of high-level tenancies have been secured for the site, A town planning application for a mixed-use development has been lodged with the local council for approval. Discussions continue with a range of prospective tenants for the remainder of the site.
The outcome: Upon permit approval, we anticipate construction to commence onsite Q1 2025 with an expected completion date in 2026.
